Call for Participation:

The Myanmar Computer Professionals Association (MCPA) is excited to invite university students, young professionals, and tech enthusiasts across Myanmar to participate in the Cybersecurity & Privacy Chatbot Development Competition, under the APTYPS Program 2025.

Theme: Secure the Future: AI-Powered Cybersecurity & Privacy

As Myanmar rapidly embraces the digital transformation, the risks associated with cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy are rising. This national-level hackathon-style competition empowers you to be part of the solution by building AI-driven chatbots that will enhance cyber awareness, detect threats, and provide privacy guidance to users across the country — including underserved rural areas.

Submit prototype chatbot solutions along with a technical report.

The competition runs from June to September 2025 with training, development, and demo phases.

Training: 23rd June 2025 (Monday) – 18th July 2025 (Friday) for 4 weeks

Submission deadline: 22nd August 2025 (Friday)

Final Demo and Awarding Ceremony: 13 Sept 2025 (Saturday)
